Terms of Service

By accessing or using ImageResizely ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part, you may not use the Service.

ImageResizely provides client-side image processing tools including resizing, compression, format conversion, cropping, watermarking, and EXIF management. All processing occurs in your browser — we do not receive, store, or process your images on our servers.

Free Plan: Up to 10 images per batch, all core features, no cost, no registration.

Pro Plan: $4/month (billed annually) or $5/month. Up to 100 images per batch, advanced features, API access (1,000 calls/month), email support.

Team Plan: $12/month per seat (billed annually). Up to 500 images per batch, team collaboration, SSO, priority support, API access (10,000 calls/month).

Prices may change with 30 days notice. Existing subscribers keep their rate until renewal.

Paid plans are billed via Stripe. We never see your full payment details. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Cancel anytime — access continues until period ends. No refunds for partial periods except as required by law or our 14-day money-back guarantee for new Pro subscribers.

You retain all rights to your images. We do not claim ownership. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, revocable license to process your images locally in your browser solely to provide the Service. This license ends when you close the browser tab.

You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to process uploaded images. Do not use the Service for illegal content.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal activities or to process illegal content
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract our source code beyond what's publicly available
• Automate access beyond reasonable use (API rate limits apply)
• Interfere with Service availability or security
• Use output for harmful, deceptive, or infringing purposes

The Service's code, design, trademarks ("ImageResizely", logo), and documentation are our property. Open-source components retain their licenses. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works of our proprietary code without permission.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE OPERATION.

Client-side processing depends on your browser/device capabilities. Results may vary.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS (OR $10 IF FREE USER).

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate access for Terms violations. You may stop using the Service anytime. Provisions that should survive (IP, disclaimers, liability limits) survive termination.

These Terms governed by Delaware law, USA. Disputes resolved in Delaware state/federal courts. You consent to personal jurisdiction there.

We may modify these Terms. Material changes posted on this page with updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
